- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The drive thru lanes are the worst. 90 percent of the time they are manned by one person on all lanes including commercial lane. Commercial lanes are the slowest of them all. These people act like we dont have businesses to run that they take their sweet time to manage the commercial lanes and they put the other lanes priority over commercial. Seriously...learn how to run a bank. Get more staff if you need to. One person to handle commercial lane and another to handle the rest. Stop putting people who are slow at their job at the window as well. Drive thru is suppose to be quicker. Slower staff at the counter cause if people have the time to get out of their cars to go in and handle their business then they are not in a hurry.
